Half sizes 29, 31 can size down (28, 30) if you'd like the waist to fit snug

If you are half sizes 33 or 35, you can size up for more room in waist

If you are 28, 30, 32, 34, and 36 it is recommend going TTS as sizing the waist will be too loose
