If you are in between sizes, it is recommended to size up (i.e 31 waist > 32). 

The jeans are sanforized (pre-shrunk), but as the jeans are raw they will shrink slightly over time. Prior to washing, wear the jeans as much as you can and wash with cold water. It is highly recommended to hang dry.
